As we march forward into 2017 we want to communicate gratitude for another groundbreaking year for ArtSeed.
BIG THANKS for gifts we have already received in response to our Letter of Appeal. ArtSeed has flourished from its inception with individual donations. Holiday Happenings at the Children’s Toy & Book Festival, Judy Alongside Gino and John, Judy gave away 1,000+ works of art reproduced as greeting cards by her late husband, the African American artist Royce Vaughn. SF Department of Child Support Services, Fire Fighters Union Local 798 and other partners provided toys and books to more than 1,100 children, ages 12 years and younger, who may have not otherwise received a gift during the holiday season. We still have your child’s art from the previous two semesters waiting to be picked up at ArtSeed’s new studios on 4301 Geary at 7th Ave. Make appointment by calling Josefa at 415-656-9849.
